Fragmenti is a lifestyle brand inspired by Montenegro. We create high-quality, meaningful pieces — from organic cotton apparel to accessories — featuring local phrases and thoughtful design. Every item is made to carry a piece of the coast with you, wherever you go.
All of our products are made in small batches in Europe (Turkey and Spain at the moment), using certified organic cotton and ethical production standards. Details about materials and origin are listed on each product page.
Yes. We use 100% organic cotton in most of our apparel and limit plastic in packaging. Our goal is to create items that are not only beautiful, but responsibly made

Orders
No account is required — you can check out as a guest. But creating an account makes it easier to track orders, manage returns, and save your favourite pieces.

Payments
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro). Cash payments upon delivery are currently available only in Montenegro. All prices include VAT.
Yes. All transactions are processed through encrypted and secure payment gateways.
Of course. You’ll receive an invoice with your confirmation email. If you need a company invoice, let us know during checkout or contact us after purchase.
Shipping
We ship within Montenegro and internationally. Delivery options and prices are shown at checkout.

Tracking is only available for international deliveries. Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange any unused items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll help from there.
Currently, return shipping is covered by the customer unless the product is faulty or sent in error.
Yes. You’re welcome to bring your item to our store in Boka Place, Porto Montenegro, for an exchange, pending availability.
