The purpose of this privacy statement is to provide you with information regarding the collection, processing, and use (hereinafter "use") of personal data. Here you can find out how to object to the use of your personal data in accordance with applicable data privacy regulations.

Collection and Use of Personal Data

The seller collects personal data from buyers only to the extent necessary to fulfill its obligations, to inform about new and promotional products, to send promotional materials, to improve customer relations, and to verify other data necessary for online shopping.

The seller undertakes to protect the personal data of buyers in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and not to disclose personal data to third parties without the prior consent of the buyer (except in cases defined by the Personal Data Protection Act, Official Gazette of Montenegro no. 44/12).

The seller does not keep records of your credit/debit card numbers nor stores transaction data. The seller uses third-party services, authorized banks, for payment processing, which encrypt your data.

The buyer has the right to request the addition, correction, or modification of inaccurate personal data.

Available Payment Methods and Payment Process Description

Orders made on the webshop Fragmenti, for which the home delivery option is selected, can be paid online (with credit/debit cards).

Online payment for products on our online store can be made with credit cards - VISA, Maestro ili MasterCard that support online payments.

Card payments are processed in cooperation with AllSecure d.o.o. i NLB banka AD Podgorica and are securely completed through the AllSecure Payment Gateway, by simply entering the card details.

After entering the card details and confirming the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction, and the order is approved and proceeds to the next step of preparation for delivery. The amount will be reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for other purposes. The transaction will be completed and the amount will be deducted from your account only when the products are prepared for transport and handed over to the delivery service.

Applied Standards and Processes in Payment Card Data Protection

When entering card details, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol, with the latest data tokenization methods, in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. At no point are card details accessible to the merchant.

All merchants using AllSecure Payment Gateway are automatically included in 3D Secure protection , guaranteeing security for buyers. The card numbers of customers are not stored on the merchant’s system, and the entry itself is protected by SSL encryption of the data.

PCI DSS Standards - AllSecure Payment Gateway is continuously aligned with all the requirements of card organizations to increase the security level for merchants and buyers. Since 2005, the system has been certified as PCI-DSS Level 1, which is the highest standard in the industry. PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) is a standard that defines the necessary security measures when processing, storing, and transmitting sensitive cardholder data. The PCI standards protect sensitive cardholder data throughout the entire payment process: from the moment the data is entered at the merchant's point of sale, during communications between the merchant and relevant banks and card organizations, as well as the subsequent storage of that data.

Refund Process for Card Payments

In case of a refund for a payment made with a card, partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, the refund will be made exclusively to the same VISA, Maestro or MasterCard card used for the payment. This means that our bank will, upon our request, process the refund to the cardholder's account.

Conversion Statement

„Conversion Statement - All payments will be made in euros (€). If payment is made with foreign-issued cards, the transaction amount will be converted into the local currency of the cardholder, according to the Visa/Mastercard exchange rate."
